Q:Should I repair or replace my
appliance? 

A: This is our most Frequently asked question. With our free service call w/repair, I always recommend getting your appliance diagnosed before spending several  hundred dollars on a new appliance.  

Q: How often should I clean my dryer vent?

A: Dryer vent cleanings are recommended, for a family of 3 or more, to be cleaned annually. The biggest sign you may need a vent cleaning is if your dry time exceeds one cycle.    

Q: How much is your service call?

A: Our service diagnostics call is $89. Once we diagnose your appliance we give you a written estimate. If you decide to repair we then waive the service call and only charge for parts and labor.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee on repairs?

A: Yes! We offer a one year warranty on all parts and labor.

Q: Do you offer same day repair?

A: Yes! We offer same day repair on a first come first serve basis. Our schedule fills up fast. If we cannot make it out the same day we can make it out within 24 hours.*
